Jeff brings 35 years of healthcare experience focused primarily on strategic and operational work. He assists customers in macro and micro structural changes to enhance processes and programs, drive efficiencies, and improve profitability. Our customers leverage his experience to complete operational assessments physician compensation reviews, employed physician network turnarounds, financial and revenue cycle assessments/rebuilds, and strategic and operational planning.

He has success designing, operationalizing, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve overall performance for customers, helping them prepare for impending shifts in care delivery and reimbursement models. Specifically, Jeff concurrently manages strategic and operational components to improve planning, governance, and top-line management while ensuring operational sustainability by driving programs from efficient day-to-day management to billing/collections and data mining for physician groups and healthcare systems. He has led the selection and implementation of electronic medical records systems (EMRs) and utilized data mining for clinical efficiency and financial modeling. During his career, Jeff has provided management assistance and advisory to large and small health systems, private and publicly funded clinics, academic medical centers, tribal communities, FQHCs, rural health clinics, and privately held physician medical groups, and was a member of a practice management advisory board for a large pharmaceutical company.
