Professional Overview

Barbara leads the firm's Professional Practices Group including providing technical support to our SEC clients in the financial services industry. With more than 30 years of experience, including several years at a Big Four accounting firm, Barbara has extensive knowledge of GAAP and SEC policies.  She works with SEC registrant customers with complex accounting issues, comment letters, stock offerings, and merger and acquisition reporting.  Barbara has serviced more than 40 public offerings.
