Will has over 10 years of experience and has advised on transactions spanning the entirety of the deal continuum, from both the buy side, which includes financial due diligence, enterprise valuation and preparation of closing statements, and the sell side, where he supports the development of strategic operating plans, advanced analytical modeling, and stress testing.
Through an extensive understanding of his customers’ operating environment and industry, Will advises on integration support initiatives both pre/post deal close, such as stranded cost analysis, synergy due diligence, day-one readiness, and transition services agreement structuring.
Prior to joining Elliot Davis, Will held senior management positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Windham Brannon where he advised private equity sponsors, mezzanine debt funds and investment banks on the development of transaction structures, investment forecasts and integration support.
