Meredith is a senior manager and team lead of the Elliott Davis Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for driving project delivery excellence and supporting the successful execution of strategic technology and business transformation initiatives across the organization. She partners with business and technology leaders to establish project management best practices, align priorities, and ensure projects are delivered in support of organizational objectives.
Meredith provides leadership and oversight for complex initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. She specializes in building scalable project management processes, improving operational effectiveness, and helping teams deliver meaningful business outcomes through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
Prior to her current role, Meredith supported clients through process analysis, system selection, and technology implementation initiatives focused on aligning people, processes, and technology. Her experience included ERP and business systems implementations, data analysis and cleanup efforts, process documentation, end-user training, and task management solution implementations designed to improve efficiency, reporting, and organizational visibility.
