Rachael Oswald Promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at Elliott Davis Decosimo

GREENVILLE, S.C. (May 3, 2017) – Elliott Davis Decosimo, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast, promoted Rachael Oswald to Chief Human Resources Officer. She is now a member of the firm’s Executive Management team that leads and strategically manages human resources for the firm under the direction of the Executive Committee and Firm Managing Shareholder, Rick Davis.

In her new role, Oswald will oversee all facets of the firm’s talent development, performance management, recruiting and benefits administration. She will work towards enhancing our compelling employee experience that puts the right people in the right places to drive behavior performance, productivity and learning.

Prior to joining Elliott Davis Decosimo, Rachael was the Director of Human Resources for a growing pharmaceutical company where she managed the development of training programs, recruitment of top talent, career development and performance management of all employees. She will be based in the firm’s Greenville, S.C. office. Rachael received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas Christian University.

Oswald succeeds Bob Wilson, former Chief Human Resources Officer for Elliott Davis Decosimo. Wilson has been appointed as the firm’s Shareholder Development Officer.
