Ken performs buy and sell-side financial due diligence and serves both private equity and corporate clients. His experience includes advising clients on revenue recognition policies and other challenges related to complex transactions. Ken has served a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, industrial products, logistics, medical devices, healthcare and retail. He has extensive cross border experience, serving both financial and strategic buyers and sellers.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Ken was a director in the Transaction Services practice area of a Big Four firm. Ken also served as the former Director of Financial Reporting at a Fortune 500 company. Prior to this he worked in the financial reporting group of another Fortune 500 Company, working primarily with the business development teams in identifying accounting implications of transactions. Ken began his career in the assurance practice of a Big Four firm, where he served as audit manager.
