Scott focuses on auditing public and private companies and their related acquisitions. With more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience, he serves clients in the manufacturing and distribution, not-for-profit, government, and financial services industry sectors. Scott has participated in initial public offerings and private placements and spent eight years in the U.S. Navy where he was responsible for managing contracts and took fiscal responsibility for a Destroyer. He also formerly worked for a Big Four accounting firm where he managed entrepreneurial advisory and audit services.
