Under the recently passed CARES Act, the FCC has received an appropriation of $200 million earmarked to help healthcare providers. This is specifically targeted for technology and connectivity they need to properly deliver telehealth services to their patient populations. These funds will supplement existing and upcoming programs from the FCC to support the management of costs associated with providing communication services from healthcare providers as outlined in this downloadable PDF.
