After attending this session, attendees will be able to:
- Apply new GAAP lease accounting and revenue recognition standards
- Review and discuss current proposals on tax reform
- Discuss the new IRS partnership examination regime and the effect on existing operating agreements, updates on foreign ownership of U.S. partnerships based on Grecian Magnesite Mining, understand common privacy and data security considerations, and other business tax updates.
