Elliott Davis Sponsoring Inaugural “Global Charlotte” Event on May 16

Intended for senior executives engaged in global operations and strategy, the program will look at how Charlotte is benefiting from its international relationships and how the region is capitalizing on those ties by forging new business connections.

Eric Schmid, a shareholder in Elliott Davis’ International Services Practice, will participate in a panel discussion focused on topics such as managing risk, acquiring global talent and obtaining financing for international investment.  Moderated by Dr. Steven Ott, Dean of UNC-Charlotte’s Belk College of Business, the panel also includes Vasudha Saxena, Executive Director, JP Morgan Chase’s International Banking Division; Ian Fraser, Partner, K&L Gates; and Berend Bracht, Regional President, Bosch Rexroth Americas.
