Citadel Directors’ Institute to Provide Forum for Region’s Corporate Directors and Executives

Greenville, SC | April 8, 2014 – On May 2, The Citadel School of Business will host the fifth annual Citadel Directors’ Institute, a continuing educational program designed exclusively for directors and their executives to engage and discuss current and emerging issues, strategic planning, risk and board governance. Presenting sponsors include Nelson Mullins and Elliott Davis.

The one-day program will be held May 2 at the Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A welcome reception will be held the evening of May 1 at Quarters One. This is one of few programs of this caliber to be hosted in the Carolinas. Most programs of this stature are held in regions such as New York, Chicago and San Francisco. Keynote Speakers include former Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice, Myron Steele and Brigadier General Harvey W. Schiller, USAF Ret., Ph.D. and Chairman of Schiller Management Group. Other nationally recognized leaders in attendance are Bill Bojan, President and CEO of Integrated Governance Solutions and Donna Dabney, Executive Director of The Governance Center of The Conference Board.
