Scott focuses on providing clients with transaction advisory services, including merger and acquisition due diligence and lender due diligence, and financial and accounting management advisory services including financial turnarounds, forecasts and projections. With more than 21 years of accounting experience, including many years at a Big Four accounting firm, he has advised on more than 190 domestic and international merger and acquisition transactions in the electronics, consumer products, manufacturing, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, and energy sectors with a combined value in excess of $80 billion. Scott has significant cross-border experience having assisted with transactions in more than 30 countries.
