As the firm’s managing shareholder, Rick chairs the executive committee. With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, he has been with Elliott Davis for his entire professional career. As managing shareholder, Rick leads the strategic planning process ensuring its alignment with the firm’s vision, mission and core values. He also oversees key initiatives relating to geographic and practice growth; revenue generation; client satisfaction; business development; policy and process implementation; community relations; as well as employee recruitment and retention.
