Paul focuses on providing professional accounting services to the financial services industry, specifically community banks. With more than 20 years of public accounting experience, he has served on audit engagements for more than 40 community banks and bank holding companies in Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Paul has extensive knowledge of GAAP and SEC policies and assists clients with the preparation of consolidated financial statements, quarterly reviews and assistance with SEC filings and reporting, and merger and acquisition reporting. In addition, he serves as an instructor for a number of continuing education courses relating to financial institution accounting and auditing.
