With more than 20 years in public accounting, Philip has experience focusing on financial institutions, SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. His areas of expertise include knowledge of GAAP and SEC policies, financial statement disclosure, assistance with SEC filings and reporting, de novo bank formation and financial institution operations.

In addition to his experience in public accounting, Philip has relevant business experience. He has served as General Manager and CFO of a mid-tier oil distributor and convenience store operation, as a licensed broker with a national investment firm and as interim CFO of a de novo bank.
