As chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice, Mark focuses on providing consultation and tax services to real estate clients. With more than 18 years of experience, including four years with an international accounting firm, he has provided services to financial institutions, construction companies, real estate companies, technology firms and manufacturers, and due diligence projects for acquisition and sale of various units. His experience is with both private, closely held and large, publicly traded companies. Mark currently assists with complex tax matters, as well as serving high net worth individuals, entrepreneurial businesses, partnerships and flowthrough entities.
