As chair of the firm’s Business Valuation practice, Jay focuses on tax compliance, financial reporting, corporate valuations, as well as litigation support and expert testimony. With more than 25 years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance, he works with clients across a wide-range of industries utilizing his business valuation and accounting credentials and his team of consulting professionals.

Jay also has seven years of experience as part of the management team of two privately-held manufacturing companies in the capacity of controller and/or vice president of finance. Responsibilities of these positions included accounting and finance, human resources, logistics and information technology.
