Eric has more than 14 years experience in providing comprehensive assurance and advisory services to a diverse client base which includes restaurants, real estate companies, manufacturers, distributors, and technology companies. He has served as the primary contact for clients, prepared financial statements, provided assistance with quarterly reviews and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and conducted meetings with owners and Boards of Directors. Eric provides transaction advisory services, consisting of merger and acquisition due diligence analysis. Eric has worked on several transactions in the quick service restaurant space, including several deals involving Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Put and International House of Pancakes.

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Eric was with a Big Four firm for seven years where he held a managerial position, and then served as the Director of Finance at the BI-LO Center for two years.
