Having a good year? Make it certifiable.
We are currently accepting applications for the 2008 list of South Carolina’s Fastest Growing Companies. Enter today: we can’t consider your company if we don’t know about your successes.
New in 2008: Business Categories Since 2001, Elliott Davis and the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce have named a list of 25 entities as South Carolina’s Fastest Growing Companies, chosen for percentage increases in both gross revenue (or assets) and full-time employment over the previous fiscal year.
But as the landscape of South Carolina Business evolves, so should the contest.
As South Carolina’s local companies continue to thrive, the Palmetto State is also a top destination for national and even international corporations. Our diverse economy nurtures fledgling ventures, multi-million-dollar conglomerates and those in between. This year, we’ve modified contest winner criteria to acknowledge this range of business success.
Beginning with the 2008 list the dollar revenue growth and number of jobs added, in addition to percentage growth, will be considered. We’ll be able to better compare small and large companies and better represent the diverse stories of South Carolina business.
View our rules & regulations for a more detailed explanation of our new contest criteria.
