Professional Overview

With over eleven years of public accounting experience, Nick focuses on providing a broad range of tax and business consulting services to customers across a wide array of industries. He has an emphasis on partnership and flow-through structures, developing strategies to maximize after-tax cash flow and take advantage of tax incentives. Nick has experience with complicated financial modeling, partnership allocations and capital accounts, buy and sell deal structuring, and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Nick was the corporate controller for a vertically integrated commercial real estate developer and a senior manager at a Big Four firm.
