Elliott Davis, PLLC Adds To Tax Team Leadership
Jack Schmoll Joins the Firm as Senior Manager
CHARLOTTE, N.C. May 5, 2009 – Elliott Davis, PLLC, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast, announces the addition of Jack Schmoll as senior manager in the firm’s state and local tax practice. He is based in the firm’s Charlotte, N.C. office.
Schmoll, a certified public accountant in Washington, brings more than 17 years of public accounting experience to his new role at Elliott Davis where he is responsible for providing state and local tax planning and consulting to the firm’s clients.
Schmoll has worked with state and local taxes since 1992, including nine years with the Washington State Department of Revenue, and eight years with Bellevue, Wash. accounting firm Clark Nuber PS.
Schmoll is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Institute for Professionals in Taxation, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Wash.
