Elliott Davis Admits New Shareholder in Financial Services Practice

CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 1, 2010 – The shareholders of Elliott Davis, PLLC, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast, have admitted Lee E. Haynes as shareholder in the firm’s Charlotte, N.C. office.

Haynes, a certified public accountant with nearly 20 years of experience, focuses on providing assurance services to financial institutions and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting. His experience includes working with the firm’s largest financial institution clients including auditing internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley.

Haynes formerly served as a senior manager in Elliott Davis’ Greenville, S.C. office.

Haynes is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his B.A. in Accounting from Furman University and attended the National Banking School at the University of Virginia.
