Elliott Davis Adds to Manufacturing & Distribution Team

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 20, 2012 – Elliott Davis, PLLC, one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting services firms in the Southeast, is pleased to announce the addition of Amy Dieffenbach as tax senior manager in its Manufacturing and Distribution practice. She will be located in the firm’s Charlotte, N.C. office.

A certified public accountant with 12 years of experience, Dieffenbach will provide tax planning and compliance services to private equity firms and management companies with multi-state and international operations. She also will serve manufacturing and distribution clients, assisting with partnership and corporate return reporting, as well as complex issues surrounding partnership allocations, consolidated filings, state and local taxation, and tax provisions. She formerly worked as a senior manager for a Big Four accounting firm.

Dieffenbach holds a B.B.A. in Accounting, summa cum laude, from The University of Georgia and a Master in Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
