Join us for a full-day Tax Seminar on November 7th. The seminar will include a Federal Tax Update in the morning presented by Bruce McGovern of South Texas College of Law. Afternoon sessions presented by Elliott Davis Decosimo tax advisors will feature topics including international developments, an R&D update as well as a panel discussion focusing on real estate.

After attending this seminar, attendees will be able to:

  • Discuss federal tax updates
  • Evaluate considerations for International reporting, compliance and risk assessment if you are expanding your business globally
  • Identify opportunities with tax credits & incentives
  • Discuss estate planning issues
  • Discuss real estate, TPR/depreciation, like-kind exchanges and cost segregation studies

Registration fee: $115.00 includes workshop materials, breakfast and lunch.

CPE Credits: up to 8 hours of CPE credits in Taxes field of study (CLE up to 6.66 hours)
